Four steps, one point
No minimum quantity, and no tooling fee on your first cut. Minimum order value $15. If a file needs fixing we tell you before we charge you.
01 · Send your file
Vector is best (SVG, DXF, AI, PDF). A clear photo works too — we will trace it and send the result back for approval. For every file we check: closed outlines, minimum feature size, kerf and the hole diameter.
02 · Approve the proof
A free digital proof shows exactly what will be cut — the finished size, every hole, and the layout. Nothing is cut until you say yes.
03 · We cut
Laser-cut as drawn, deburred, and checked against your proof before packing.
04 · It ships
Packed flat, tracked worldwide. Reorder any design in one tap from your account.
Tolerances & specs
| Spec | Value |
|---|---|

| Minimum cut feature | checked on your file — we tell you if it is too small to cut cleanly |
| Minimum hole diameter | the same check; leather needs a wider hole than sheet stock |
| Kerf compensation | applied automatically to closed shapes |
| Engraving depth | one pass, set to the material and shown on the proof |
| Production | 3–5 working days (2–3 with rush) |
File prep, briefly
- Send a 1:1 drawing — the size on screen must be the size of the finished part.
- Set units explicitly. A DXF with
$INSUNITSset to mm saves a round trip. - Remove fills and guides; leave the cut lines.
- Stitch holes: 1.0 mm for 0.6–0.8 mm thread, 1.2 mm for heavier thread.
- Name the file after the thing it is:
wallet-v3.dxfbeatsfinal-final2.dxf.
