Production is 3–5 working days (2–3 with rush). Free worldwide shipping over $60; below that a flat $9 tracked rate.
Stock items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery, as long as they come back unused and resaleable. Custom-cut parts are made to your drawing and cannot be resold, so they are not refundable once you approve the proof and production starts. If we cut something wrong, or it does not match the proof you approved, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will agree a remake or a refund with you.

Care
Acrylic dies: wipe with a soft cloth, keep away from acetone and heat above 80 °C. Veg-tan dies: keep dry. Steel rule foil: store flat.
FAQ
- Will the acrylic edge be rough? No — parts are deburred; edges are clean and slightly frosted.
- Can I change the drawing after ordering? Yes, until you approve the proof. After that it is a new order.
- What if my file is a photo? We trace it and send the vector back for approval before quoting the final price.
- Do you do one-offs? Yes. Your first cut has no minimum quantity and no setup fee. Minimum order value $15.
